“And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. 7 You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up.” Deuteronomy 6:6-7 (NKJV)
It is all about the Word of God! God desires to teach us so much through His precious Word to help us in every area of our lives. My love for lettering started in the pages of my journal. During my bible study time with the Lord, I would find scriptures that would resonate in my spirit and just create an illustration. It was not until the summer of 2016, that I decided to start my own business doing God-inspired handmade décor and gifts with scriptures on them. I love spending time in His presence and allowing Him to take the lead on all designs. God has made all the difference in my life. It is my endeavor to see young girls and women discover their glorious beauty within God’s Word through the business and ministry God gave me entitled Royal Daughters. One of my favorite scriptures is Psalms 45:13,” The royal daughter is all glorious within the palace; her clothing is woven with gold.” It speaks volumes as it lets me know the inner beauty of a gentle and kind spirit triumphs all. I know, I am a daughter of the King, and I am the apple of His eye.
Called out of darkness
A daughter of the King has been called out of darkness into His marvelous light. There has been a transforming power that has taken place on the inside of His daughter. She has now been born into His royal family. God has a divine purpose for her. He first has to get her into a place where she can hear His voice. “ So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” (Romans 10:17 NKJV).” The more she hears the Word and applies the Word the more like the King she becomes. It is so essential to birth the love and word of God in one’s heart if the Spirit of God is leading you to do something sis just do it. There are blessings in our obedience to God. I can remember how the Lord was calling me out of darkness. I was running, and I was running hard. It was like I had built up this wall, and I just would not let Him in. I would let everyone else in that did not mean me any good, but thank God for Jesus! It was not until my heart was broken, I made a decision that night to go hard after Christ. He never stops pursuing until He has it all. Now, I look back at my life, and I am like thank God I am not where I use to be.
“So shall the King greatly desire thy beauty:”-Psalms 45:11a
The King loves you daughter of God. Before you were fashioned in your mother’s womb, He had great plans for your life. You are beautiful to the King, sis. He is enthralled with your beauty, and you are a royal diadem in His hands. God works from the inside out. He first has to do an inner work on the inside, and the manifestation of His glorious power on the inside shows up on the outside. Psalms 149:4 KJV says, “For the Lord taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation.” There is just something about the inner beauty of salvation that the King lavishes on His daughter that shows up on the outside. She is not fashioned by the world but is fashioned holy by the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. The world focuses on the external beauty, but God focuses on the internal beauty. Her walk is different, she talks differently, and her lifestyle lines up with the Kingdom of Heaven. She is not of this world. A daughter of the King focuses solely on imitating Christ more than her outward adorning. So she sets her affections on 1 Peter 3:4 “but let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in sight of God of great price.” She knows that the inner beauty of the heart of a gentle and quiet spirit that is not anxious is very precious in the sight of God.
“For He is thy LORD, and worship thou Him.”-Psalms 45:11b
A daughter of a King lives in worship. She gives reverence to her King with her lifestyle. Everything she does she does it wholeheartedly that God may get the glory. Not by her power, nor by her might, but by His Spirit, she is led. Her delight is in worshipping the King in Spirit and truth. She knows that it is only by the Lord’s goodness and mercy that she is here. He bestows upon His daughters love and kindness for she is all glorious within the palace. His eyes are on His daughter, and His ears are attentive to her prayers. She moves, lives, and have her being all because of her identity in Christ. She continues to serve Him wholeheartedly because He has redeemed her from her sins. She was created to worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.
I pray that the Father’s love continually surrounds you as you endeavor to please Him. God bless you, sister!
